what we do

 Annual Fire Sprinkler Inspections keeps your business safe.  Preventative maintenance keeps costly repairs down.  We maintain the State of California compliance mandated by the state.  At your request we will submit on your behalf inspections as required by the State of California.   We also work with your insurance company as part of owning a business property.  As more and more residential properties are required to have Fire Sprinklers, we are also equipped to test annually.  Should a repair arise on either inspecitons or testing  for commercial or residential we have a service department to take care of those situations to get your system running efficiently.   We work with property management.

We conduct Fire Pump runs and testing, weekly, monthly, annually or 5 year.   Our service department can repair and maintained both diesel and electric fire pumps to ensure they are running at their best.  

Our Installation department is equipped to handle both new and existing systems.  Whether its new commercial, idustrial, residential or retrofit to an existing building we will get it designed and installed to code.
